Thank you for stopping by! I’m glad you are here and especially if you are looking for coaching and support with your ADHD.
What is coaching? And especially what is coaching for those with ADHD?
Coaching first begins with a dedicated time set aside for you, because of you, on behalf of you…it’s all about you. Come as you are: weary, excited, tired, eager, tearful, angry… Just arrive authentically and ready for something better. You are welcomed and encouraged to be just as you are.
Next? Let’s face it, whatever is weighing on you or draining you of energy; whatever is difficult, if it was simple you would have figured it out already, right?
You are bright and willing to do hard things. The truth is, when we aren’t working with our ADHD, and when we aren’t sure of how to manage and support it, life can feel heavy and awkward. At times, life can even become overwhelming when our ADHD feels in charge.
However, stories we tell ourselves, our past, things we have tolerated, overwhelming current events, and an overall lack of understanding of our ADHD can make things more challenging.
Add to that, others who don’t understand what we need, how to support, or at least how to get out of the way – it all gets to be a lot, doesn’t it?

While I’m not yet certified, I’ve completed extensive training and am actively practicing under professional supervision. It’s a powerful way to explore emotional regulation, clarity, and calm—especially tailored for women with ADHD.
